Event Details
This conference is open to Fine Arts Directors, Directors of Visual and Performing Arts, and Arts Department Leaders/Chairs. Snacks and beverages plus lunch on Monday, transportation to and from the hotel and school, and transportation to Houston Hobby on Tuesday (leaving Kinkaid at 11:45 a.m.) are included in the registration fee.

Bus transportation will be available to and from The Kinkaid School for the conference.

| 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM | Coffee and Check in at The Kinkaid School Casual gathering time before the start of the conference. For attendees staying at Hilton Post Oak, a bus will pick you up at the hotel at 7:30 a.m. and take you to Kinkaid. It will bring you back to the hotel at the end of the day. |
| 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Conference Sessions at The Kinkaid School The day includes general sessions, breakout discussions, lunch, a short campus tour, and breaks. For those staying at Hilton Post Oak, a bus will take you back to the hotel at the conclusion of sessions today. |

| 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM | Coffee and Casual Networking at The Kinkaid School For attendees staying at Hilton Post Oak, a bus will pick you up at the hotel at 7:30 a.m. and take you to Kinkaid. It will depart Kinkaid at 11:45 a.m., following the conclusion of the conference, and take people to Houston Hobby Airport. |
