"Re-Centering Student Life, a Professional Development Workshop for Student Life Leaders" led by Bridget Johnson, CEO & Founder, The Deans' Roundtable and Brooklyn Raney, Founder, One Trusted Adult

This workshop aims to help leaders build more intentional, sustainable practices that serve both student development and staff well-being, and is geared to dean of students, residential life coordinator, advisor program director, or administrator overseeing student life functions. The program will review a diagnostic framework for student life assessment, relationship-building strategies with healthy boundaries, systems alignment tools, and a peer network for ongoing support.
