Golf Program Director / Head Varsity Coach (Part-Time)

St. Andrew's Episcopal School is seeking a visionary and dynamic Varsity Head  Golf Coach and Program Director for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time  position offers a tremendous opportunity to build upon a strong golf program at  a leading independent school in one of the nation’s fastest-growing cities. The  successful candidate will report directly to the Athletic Directors and collaborate  closely with the entire Athletic Department to provide high-quality golf  experience for students and families. 

We will give preference to candidates with previous head coaching experience  and/or significant leadership experience in a high-quality program. The next Golf  Program Director must exemplify the highest standards of professionalism,  leadership, and sportsmanship. Above all, this individual should enjoy working  with adolescent athletes, understand the importance and impact of mentorship,  led by example, and support student-athletes in developing strong character and  values.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

● Proven experience developing and delivering golf programs, coaching and  developing players, and demonstrating advanced knowledge of golf’s  technical and strategic aspects. 

● Experience working within a team environment at the high school or  collegiate level with the ability to communicate effectively with student-

athletes, coaching staff, and parents. A desire to build and maintain  strategic relationships with local athletic organizations is also essential. 

● Demonstrated ability to teach, lead, and motivate student-athletes. ● Proven organizational and management skills. 

● A strong desire to collaborate with the Middle School program to develop  and strengthen the overall golf program for students in grades 5-12.

● Bachelor’s degree required. 

● Candidates are encouraged to include film or video footage of their  previous teams with their application.
