Summary of Position:
St. Michael's Prep seeks a full time, on campus Science teacher beginning August 2026 for grades 9-12. We are searching for a dynamic, innovative educator in the field of Science at the high school level including Honors or AP courses. Candidates should believe in students and their ability to grow and develop, and must demonstrate ability and deep commitment to meeting the needs of diverse student learners. Candidates should show a commitment to collaboration and professional development. Responsibilities include teaching 4-5 sections of science, leading an advisory, participating in on-going community service projects and retreats with students and fellow teachers, and opportunity to design and teach winter term mini courses.This position is an exempt faculty position. The employee will work for 10 months of the year.

Required Experience, Degree and Skills:
- Exceptional organization, time management and prioritization skills
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree, an advanced degree is preferred with prior years of experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication (written and verbal)
