Head of School
Holland Hall, Tulsa’s premier independent Episcopal school serving more than 1,000 students in PreK–12, seeks an inspiring and relational leader to serve as its next Head of School beginning July 1, 2027.
Located on a beautiful 167-acre campus in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Holland Hall is a vibrant, mission-driven community known for its rigorous academics, strong arts and athletics programs, deep student-faculty relationships, and commitment to whole-child education. Affiliated with the Episcopal Church since 1959, the School values intellectual inquiry, inclusivity, character development, and a culture where students are deeply known and supported.
Following a successful 14-year tenure of its current Head, the next leader will inherit a thriving institution with strong enrollment, exceptional facilities, a $144 million endowment, engaged governance, and significant momentum. The Board seeks a thoughtful and strategic educational leader who values collaboration, community, innovation, and the development of faculty and students alike.
The successful candidate will bring significant leadership experience in independent schools or similarly mission-driven educational organizations, a strong understanding of teaching and learning, excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead thoughtfully in a dynamic educational environment.
