A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Plan and deliver targeted English Language Arts instruction to two classes of six to eight students in grades 6th - 8th with learning differences
• Communicate with colleagues and parents to provide an exceptional experience for all families
• Engage in the continuous pursuit of lifelong personal and professional development and reflection
• Observe, analyze, and pivot based on the needs of kids
• Record, synthesize, and report progress in both formal and informal ways Provide support to kids in the form of social coaching
• Have fun teaching and learning - must love middle schoolers

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Experience teaching in a relevant classroom setting required Bachelor’s degree required
• Pay is competitive with surrounding districts
