Position Description

Christ Episcopal School (enrollment 650+ pK-12) is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic visionary leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills who can inspire the confidence and respect of the church, school, and broader community. Working in cooperation with and on behalf of the Rector of the Church and School, the Head of School embodies the mission of the school and articulates the mission for all aspects of the school’s program. The Head of School fosters the traditions, relationships, and practices that determine the school’s climate and culture.

The school seeks an individual who will embrace its Episcopal identity while continuing its educational philosophy of academic excellence within a warm and welcoming Christian environment. Upon the invitation of the Board of Trustees, Rector, and Vestry, the next Head of School will assume responsibilities in July 2026.
